Lutein: Gabatarwa da Amfaninsa

Mlutein daga ruwan arigold, wani sinadari mai kama da carotenoid da ake samu a cikin 'ya'yan itatuwa, kayan lambu, da sauran kayan lambu daban-daban, ya sami karbuwa sosai a cikin 'yan shekarun nan saboda fa'idodinsa na kiwon lafiya. Menene Lutein?
