Shan Gotu Kola Yana Inganta Fa'idodin Lafiyar Shayin Kore

Wani bincike da Dr. Samira Samarakoon ta Cibiyar Biochemistry, Molecular Biology da Biotechnology ta Jami'ar Colombo da kuma shahararriyar mai ba da abinci mai gina jiki Dr. DBT Wijeratne suka gudanar ya gano cewa shan shayin kore tare da Centella asiatica yana da fa'idodi da yawa na lafiya. Gotu kola yana ƙara yawan sinadarin antioxidant, antiviral da kuma ƙarfafa garkuwar jiki na shayin kore.
Ana ɗaukar Gotu Kola a matsayin ganyen da ke dawwama kuma muhimmin abu ne a cikin magungunan gargajiya na Asiya, yayin da shayin kore yana ɗaya daga cikin abubuwan sha mafi shahara a duniya.
